Our culinary offerings

In the main house are our restaurant "Titania" and our á la carte restaurant "CP1". Chef Michael Jahncke, who also owns the house at the same time, conjures up high-quality menus with regional, fresh ingredients with his kitchen crew. Whether wild game from the Darss forest, fresh fish from local suppliers or lamb from our own breeding - it is always pure pleasure. In the exquisite restaurant "CP1" we offer something special - watch the cooks over the shoulder while preparing the dishes. The open kitchen offers an insight into the world of cooking professionals. In the restaurant Titania you can choose between two main courses or vegetarian dishes of the daily changing 3-course-menu within our luxury board. In the bistro and tasting shop of the CP1 you will receive a small selection of delicacies prepared fresh or you can buy the specialties of our regional suppliers and take home as souvenirs. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed at breakfast!

We have special menus for the little ones. Children's chairs are of course available.
