From April 3rd, 2022, the G-regulation will no longer apply in our entire house. We still recommend wearing an FFP2 mask throughout the hotel and maintaining the minimum distances. We continue to recommend compliance with the proven hygiene regulations (distance, mask, hand washing and ventilation). General: - All employees are trained in the current hygiene guidelines - The staff avoids any physical contact, makes sure they wash their hands regularly and internal communication is limited to the essentials - FFP2 masks must be worn throughout the house and are available to employees - In general, all areas are regularly ventilated and disinfected - Since April 3rd, 2022 there is no G-regulation for guests in our hotel Entrance area, lobby and public areas: - A disinfectant dispenser is available for guests in the hotel lobby - Preventive behavior instructions are visible to guests - There is a sign in the lobby that indicates the distance - All surfaces and doors are regularly disinfected - There are disinfectant, soap and paper towel dispensers in the public toilets - The toilets are regularly cleaned and disinfected Reception: - We have installed a sneeze guard at the hotel reception for each workplace - The room cards used are thoroughly disinfected after each check-out - Cash payment is contactless, using a separate tray at reception. Card payment is preferred - Reception, room cards, door handles and surfaces are regularly disinfected Room: - Only 1 employee works per floor - With each cleaning, the room is thoroughly aired - All surfaces and objects (kettles, bottle openers, bathroom fittings, etc.) are regularly disinfected - We do not put out flyers, pens and pads in the room - There is no hotel information folder in the room, but this is visible to guests in our digital Code2Order app - The cleaning rags are changed regularly and we work with disposable disinfectant wipes Restaurant: - We recommend wearing an FFP2 mask indoors and at the buffet - A disinfection stand has been installed before entering the restaurant - Breakfast times have been extended to control the number of people. Conference area: - Lunch and dinner will take place in the restaurant under the conditions listed above - On request, all conference guests have the opportunity to eat in the conference room - Participants will be placed with a minimum distance of 1.50m on request (one person per table) - Each participant receives their own drinks on their seminar table - We recommend using the coffee bar in the lobby after hand disinfection - Coffee breaks and lunches at other conferences are offered at different times in the building - Side dishes for the coffee breaks are served on request in the conference room per guest or in the lobby under a sneeze guard - Seminar tables, documents, equipment and the sanitary facilities in the event area are regularly disinfected - Disinfection dispensers for guests are installed in the toilets, in the event area and in the lobby Wellness area: - As a greeting, personal contact, for example in the form of shaking hands, is avoided - Hands can be disinfected before each treatment. Appropriate disinfectant is available for customers and employees in the respective treatment rooms. - The furniture has been adjusted accordingly to the 2 meter minimum distance. - Due to an adapted scheduling of the treatments, the accumulation of guests in the waiting room of the wellness area is avoided. - A mouth and nose protection in the form of an FFP2 mask can be worn in all rooms. - Surface disinfection and cleaning of the toilet facilities are carried out several times a day by our employees - All employees who are not fully vaccinated or recovered must be tested at a testing station each day and provide proof to the hotel. - We recommend using the Finnish sauna with a maximum of 3 people and the bio sauna with a maximum of 2 people. Gym: - Our staff tries to avoid queues when entering the studio - A mouth and nose protector can be worn if the minimum distance of 1.50 m cannot be maintained - Surface disinfection and cleaning of the toilet facilities are carried out several times a day by our employees - Each member is asked to disinfect the device themselves before and after training - All staff who are not fully vaccinated or recovered must be tested twice a week
