Name, address, telephone number and the times of the visit are recorded digitally with the "Luca App". - The restaurant and the terrace are open with a capacity limit of 50% for house guests and also for external guests in order to be able to keep the minimum distance - All guests must present a negative corona test (max. 24 hours old), vaccination card (at least 14 days fully vaccinated) or proof of recovery when entering the restaurant - Floor markings in the interior for the minimum distance are attached - There is a one-way system to control entry and exit - There is a general obligation to wear a face-to-face mask inside and at the buffet - A disinfection stand was installed before entering the restaurant - The breakfast times have been extended to control the number of people. Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Conference area: - Lunch and dinner take place in the restaurant under the conditions listed above - On request, all conference guests have the opportunity to eat in the conference room - Participants are placed with a minimum distance of 1.50 m (one person per table) - We record the contact details of all conference participants, this data is destroyed after a maximum of 4 weeks and only given to the responsible health department on request - Each participant receives their own drinks on their seminar table - The use of the coffee bar in the lobby is permitted after hand disinfection - Coffee breaks and lunches from other conferences are offered at different times in the house - Side dishes to the coffee breaks are served in the conference room per guest or served in the lobby under a spit guard - Seminar tables, documents, devices and the sanitary facilities in the event area are regularly disinfected - Disinfectant dispensers for guests are located in the toilets, in the event area and in the lobby - From 25 people the 3G rule also applies in the conference area Wellness area: - Hand disinfectant dispensers are placed in the entire wellness area and in all areas of application - Plexiglass panes are attached to the spa reception as spit protection - All beds are cleaned and disinfected before and after each use - There are no textiles such as blankets or pillows ready - Employees must wear mouth and nose protection when working - Disposable gloves are available to all employees - Spa bags are regularly checked and disinfected - Access to the wellness area must be done avoiding queues, the minimum distance in the wellness area is 2.00 m - A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay in the relaxation room of the wellness area - It must be possible to present the hygiene concept and treatment lists (name, address, telephone number of each guest) to the regulatory authorities, i.e. each wellness guest must enter himself into a list provided for this purpose before his treatment - The employees in the wellness area make a tour every 20 minutes to check - The Finnish sauna may only be used by a maximum of 3 people and the bio sauna may only be used by a maximum of 2 people at the same time, the staff of the fitness club makes regular tours and notices are posted Gym: - All guests and members must present a negative corona test (max. 24 hours old), a vaccination card (at least 14 days fully vaccinated) or proof of recovery when entering the fitness studio - The training operation must be carried out in a non-contact manner, i.e. there is no shaking of hands in greeting, etc. - The minimum distance of 1.50 m is guaranteed, there are barriers and regulations for access to the studio - Our staff tries to avoid queues when entering the studio - Risk groups should be protected if they want to train (risk participants are asked to wear a face mask) - Mouth and nose protection must be worn if the minimum distance of 1.50 m cannot be maintained (wearing on the devices is voluntary) - We record the dates and times of the guests - The surface disinfection and the cleaning of the toilet facilities are carried out several times a day by our employees - Each member is called upon to disinfect the device independently before and after training - Only 5 guests are allowed to stay in the changing rooms at the same time. All areas are provided with notices. - Restriction of access in the course room: a maximum of 12 people can take part in the course at the same time - All employees who are not fully vaccinated or have recovered must be tested twice a week
