Special Services Regarding COVID-19
Our team is still on site for you seven days a week, around the clock, nevertheless there is only a minimal number of employees on site in order to minimize the risk of contact.
Dispensers for hand disinfection are available at all relevant entrances.
In the public area, mouth and nose protection also applies to our guests. You can purchase this at our reception should you forget your own protection.
In our hotel you will find relevant information on hygiene and rules of conduct as well as labels and signposts at all relevant points.
Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
All public areas and contact surfaces such as elevators, handrails, doorknobs, seating, luggage trolleys, etc. are regularly disinfected.
The public toilets have disinfectant dispensers and instructions on how to wash your hands properly.
The public areas are ventilated at regular intervals.
All of the disinfection and cleaning measures mentioned are of course comprehensively documented by our team.
To avoid crossroads, please use the sanitary facilities in your room.
We ask you to use our elevators with a maximum of two people. For guests who do not like to use an elevator, we have rooms available on the lower floors of the hotel, depending on availability.
If you show symptoms of a respiratory infection or a fever, we ask you not to enter the hotel.
If symptoms occur during your stay or during the incubation period after your visit, we ask you to notify us immediately.
In order to be able to completely document possible chains of infection, we keep a written visitor registration.
For your protection, the protection of our employees and our other guests, we ensure a safe and contact-minimized check-in and check-out in accordance with our hygiene and security criteria. The reception desk is therefore provided with a plexiglass partition.
Disinfectants are available at the reception.
The room card and the pen for signing the registration form will be handed over to you disinfected.
We recommend contactless payment by credit card at reception or directly when you make your reservation on our website.
The credit card terminals are disinfected after each use.
Our employees are trained in specific hygiene measures for handling luggage.

Please be attention that we have other opening tiomes because of actually situation.
Monday till friday we are open from 06. ò clock in the morning until 24.00 midnight and at the weekend from 06.00 in the morning until 22.00 evening.
Service Restrictions Regarding COVID-19
In order to ensure the best possible distance between our guests and employees, breakfast is served (breakfast time: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.). You will receive more information on arrival at our reception. We store and process food and beverages in accordance with the official recommendations on food safety. In order to ensure the highest level of hygiene, there is currently an increasing need for single-use packaging or packaged portions.
