Body'motion offers on 1.600m² a fitness and wellness area which is almost unique in Bremen. Swimming pool, whirlpool and 4 saunas are available as well as a large fitness room with approx. 30 cardio machines (technogym). In addition various fitness courses are offered: from Aquagym to Pilates everything is provided. Power Plate is also available. In addition, the wellness area offers various massages (medical, with aromas, with hot/cold stones, Tuina Anmo, etc.) and you can choose between different cosmetic treatments, pedicure & manicure (appointments are necessary for massages and cosmetic treatments). The entire area was redesigned and modernized in 2011.

Hanseatic city with a historic centre! All sights are within walking distance. Bremen offers a multitude of interesting tourist highlights as well as the UNESCO World Heritage Site with Town Hall, Roland, Market Square and Bremen's Ratskeller! Also the Botanika, the Universum and the Weserpromenade with the gastronomy mile "Schlachte" make Bremen loveable and worth experiencing, as well as the new Überseestadt (among other things with the shopping centre Waterfront). Of course you must also visit the Bremen Town Musicians, the Schnoorviertel and Böttcherstraße.
