Strong worldwide growth of Sure Hotels

Rapid growth: The Sure Hotel Group has grown to nearly 200 hotels worldwide, including 100 in North America alone in less than two years since its launch by Best Western Hotels & Resorts.


Phoenix / Eschborn, August 15, 2018. Strong expansion: Best Western Hotels & Resorts continues to grow – not least because of its newest brands of the Sure Hotel Group. After just two years of introduction of the brand, Sure Hotel already grows to 189 hotels worldwide, 100 of them in North America alone, which operate in the North American market with brand name SureStay Hotels. This makes the new brand one of the fastest growing brands in the hotel industry. Best Western Hotels & Resorts offers to individual hotel operators and hotel groups three Sure Hotel brands: The two full brands Sure Hotel by Best Western and Sure Hotel Plus by Best Western as well as the soft brand Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western.

SureStay Hotel Group's accelerated growth can be attributed to a number of factors. The brand has become known as a trusted and respected lodging option among travelers – offering travelers consistent and quality levels of comfort, cleanliness, and a service guarantee, all at an affordable price. The brand has also garnered significant interest among developers in the upper-economy/lower-midscale market because of its competitive fee structure and access to Best Western’s powerhouse brand.

Comprised of three distinctive brands – Sure Hotel by Best Western (classic economy), Sure Hotel Plus by Best Western (premium economy) and Sure Collection by Best Western (lower-midscale soft brand) – Sure Hotel Group’s rapid success can be credited to its unique, competitive fee structure and Best Western’s staunch reputation for enhancing the guest travel experience by providing real, consistent value and an industry-leading, return-guest loyalty program.
