Best Western's voted as customer favorite in "Germany Test"

Best Western Hotels & Resorts is again one of the most popular hotel brands in Germany, so the result of the current customer survey “Germany Test”, in cooperation with the business magazine Focus-Money and the research company ServiceValue GmbH. In the ranking "Customer Favorites 2016" Best Western Hotels & Resorts received the best result of all hotel brands in Germany and was honored with a gold label of the customer ranking.

Eschborn, June 14, 2016. Best Western Hotels & Resorts with more than 200 individual hotels in Germany is the most popular hotel brand in Germany. This result was published by the current customer satisfaction ranking "Germany Test" (”Deutschland Test”) in cooperation with the business magazine Focus-Money and ServiceValue GmbH in Cologne. The study claims to be one of the largest studies in Germany to brand strength from a consumer perspective and records this year for the third time customer favorites in Germany. The survey examined and evaluated millions of customer testimonials from social media about more than 1,000 brands from 82 industries and product categories. In the category “Hotels” Best Western was voted on the first place and is industry winner. On the second place of the ranking stands Steigenberger Hotels, followed by Dorint (3rd place), B&B Hotels (4th place) and Ramada (5th place). Best Western Hotels & Resorts honored by the business magazine with the predicate and label Gold.
