Visual information about restrictions and care of health obligations. Restaurant: Buffets with self-service are allowed if guests wear a protective face mask. Touristic travel is forbidden until 31st January 2021. Furthermore our wellness area with pool and sauna and the restaurant will be closed too.

further informationOur guests are informed with an information notice about our protection and hygiene regulations at the hotel entrance. We ask you to keep a minimum distance of 1.50 m (see also pictograms) in the lobby as well as in the restaurant. All guests must wear a protective face mask. Sitting together in the restaurant without a minimum distance is only allowed for guests who are allowed to contact each other according to the current Corona regulations (e.g. families or people living in a domestic household with another household). Disinfectant dispensers are located at the reception counter and in the public restrooms. Every 2 hours all door handles and handrails on the ground floor (including our conference rooms) are disinfected, and every 6 hours the toilets on the ground floor are disinfected. Our service personnel wear a mouth and nose cover. There is no bar service and we serve a buffet for breakfast (you need your face mask and disposable glove, which you can get from the hotel). Upon request, we can put together a delicious lunchbox including coffee / tea. At the moment only a limited cleaning of the stay-over rooms is possible (only garbage removal and if necessary a towel change). All employees have been trained in the protective measures and our rules of conduct.
We serve breakfast as a buffet; using y protective face mask and disposable gloves, which we provice, are absolutely necessary. Limited Housekeeping service, when staying for more nights - only bathroom will be cleaned and garbage will be colleced. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to use our children's playroom.

further informationDear guests, we have implemented an improved Hygiene Concept accordding to regulations and guidelines of Saxony. To mention a few of the newly implemented measures: we fulfill the minimum distance of 1.5 meter between the tables in our restaurant, disinfection stations are available throughout our public areas and we strive to keep our employees up to date on the current situation and continuously train them on hygiene measures. Please wear a face mask in all public areas of the hotel!
Dear guests, our wellness and sauna area will remain closed until further notice - even so the lobby bar and the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast is served as roomservice or you can get a breakfast to go in a box. Drinks and snacks to go you can also get at reception desk. Thanks for understanding!

We kindly ask you to use a protective face maks at check-in and check-out and we also are equupied with a protective plexi glass shield. Sitting together in the restaurant without minimum distance is only permitted for guests in accordance with the applicable Corona Regulation, such as families or those living in one house hold together with another party. Disinfection dispensers are located at the reception desk and in the public restrooms. We regularly disinfect all rooms and heavily used objects. Our service staff wears a protective face mask. For breakfast we serve a standard breakfast plate, but should you have further wishes, our colleagues from the service are at your disposal. Upon request we will also gladly prepare a packed lunch for you. All employees have been trained on the protective measures and codes of conduct.
