Enjoy fresh rolls, sausage, cheese, egg specialties and much more. Enjoy typical Bremen or North German products or serve them without regrets in the "Leichte Ecke"! If you are on a lactose or gluten-free diet, please let us know before you arrive! As a homage to the Bremen Town Musicians, who are known to be at home in Bremen and are also immortalized on the hotel facade, a "species-appropriate" Town Musicians breakfast should of course not be missing. Our breakfast team looks forward to making the start of the day as pleasant as possible for you!
