BWH Hotels is a great employer –
but beware: Do not fall victim to fraudsters

What happened?

Fraudsters are posing as recruiters for BWH Hotels and often contact their victims via WhatsApp. They offer fake job opportunities and redirect victims to fraudulent websites that look very similar to our branding. These websites are used to collect personal data and steal money under the pretext of recruitment or investment.
At no point in the genuine application process do we ask applicants for payments or fees.
Please read the following information to better understand how to recognize and report this scam.

Signs of job application fraud:

Watch out for the following warning signs:

  • Unsolicited job offers via WhatsApp, email, or other messaging platforms.
  • Requests for personal or financial information.
  • Pressure to act quickly or invest money to “get started.”
  • Websites that look legitimate but are not hosted on bestwestern.de

What should you do if you are contacted?

  • Do not open any links.
  • Save all messages, screenshots, and links.
  • Report the incident: ️

❌ What you should never do?:

  • Do not share sensitive data (ID, account, identification photos) with unknown contacts.
  • Do not transfer money to alleged BWH representatives.
  • Stop communication immediately if you suspect fraud.
