Commitment and passion as well as the respectful handling of valuable, predominantly regional and sustainable products are the basics of our daily activities in the restaurant 100GRAD. Inspired by the diverse offers of the seasons, our kitchen chief and his kitchen crew design a seasonally adapted, fresh and varied menu. In doing so, he puts particular importance to short distances, species-appropriate husbandry and breeding as well as regional ingredients. With charm and professionalism, the service team looks after our guests in a deliberately simple but still urban atmosphere.
We have special menus for the little ones. Children's chairs are of course available.
