Commitment and passion as well as the respectful handling of valuable, predominantly regional and sustainable products are the basics of our daily activities in the restaurants Siedepunkt and 100GRAD. Inspired by the diverse offers of the seasons, Christoph Hormel and his kitchen crew design a seasonally adapted, fresh and varied menu. In doing so, he puts particular importance to short distances, species-appropriate husbandry and breeding as well as regional ingredients. With charm and professionalism, the service team led by Maren Stegmaier looks after our guests in a deliberately simple but still urban atmosphere. For all those who do not want to leave their room, we serve all dishes from the restaurant 100GRAD directly to the room.
