Restaurant Alte Ziegelei - Modern design meets fast, friendly & attentive service and excellent cuisine. In addition to international classics, you will find regional dishes and seasonal dishes. With a love of culinary art & fresh ingredients from the region, we create down-to-earth dishes and tasty interpretations. This is a welcome change from everyday life not only for hotel guests. We also offer the finest cocktails at our 'Z111' design bar. Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m to 02:00 p.m we offer you a quick lunch or business lunch buffet. Our restaurant is open from monday - saturday from 18:00 to 21:30. Of course, you will also receive a smaller selection of drinks from our reception team during the closing times of our bar!
