We source our bread and rolls fresh from a regional bakery; of course, we also offer gluten-free baked goods. Our eggs come from the Knoblauchsland region of Nuremberg and can be prepared fresh as fried eggs or omelettes on request. We also serve scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and a daily special such as Nuremberg bratwurst. For those who prefer plant-based alternatives, we also offer a selection of vegan products. Tea lovers can enjoy a high-quality selection of teas from Ronnefeldt, and our aromatic Fair Trade coffee ensures a sustainable start to the morning. A special highlight is our juice press, which you can use to make your own fresh orange juice at any time. Our friendly service team is always on hand to assist you and will be happy to cater to your individual wishes. Breakfast times: • From 6:30 a.m. – ideal for early risers and business travellers • Monday to Friday until 10:30 a.m. • Weekends and public holidays until 11:00 a.m. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, our breakfast is the perfect start to your day in Nuremberg.
