Job Description
- Checking guests in and out.
- Operation of the SIHOT PMS system.
- Acceptance and entry of room reservations.
- Preparation of daily statements.
- Handling all correspondence.
- Advising guests.
- You are reliable and enjoy working in a team.

- It is desirable that you have completed training as a hotel specialist or hotel manager.
- You love a guest- and service-oriented way of working.
- You are a motivated team player.
- You are not afraid to serve our guests in a communicative manner.
- You enjoy working shifts and see the advantages of doing so.
- Good written and spoken German skills are required.
- English language skills are desirable.
