Special Hygiene & Safety Measures Regarding COVID-19

We ensure a minimum distance of 1.5 metres between people. If the minimum distance cannot be maintained, we provide mouth-nose covers. Our employees have been informed about the correct behaviour and are checked for compliance. In all public areas, notices remind employees of the correct behaviour to contain the pandemic, e.g. hand hygiene, coughing and sneezing labels, avoidance of shaking hands, keeping the minimum distance. Persons showing symptoms of illness are immediately asked to leave the house and consult a doctor. In case of suspicion we will report to the responsible health office in Kassel.

Special Services Regarding COVID-19

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have increased our hygiene measures. All employees have mouth-nose covers and disposable gloves available at all times. The public areas are equipped with disinfectants. The public toilets are cleaned and disinfected several times a day. Furthermore, handrails, door handles and surfaces are disinfected several times a day. The importance of all new regulations has been explained to all employees and compliance with them is also monitored.

Individual Hotel Information Regarding COVID-19

We continue to offer our guests breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has been adapted so that our guests can choose individual portion packs only, or meals can be handed out only by employees. The minimum distance of 1.5 m is checked throughout and in case of non-compliance guests are asked to cooperate. Dinner is served exclusively à la carte. Buffets are no longer offered. We would like to protect our guests and employees from infection as much as possible and will take all necessary measures to achieve this.

Service Restrictions Regarding COVID-19

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our sauna must remain closed. Furthermore, events are only permitted if all applicable Covid-19 pandemic regulations of the Hessian state government can be complied with.
