What you bring
- at least a Realschule diploma.
- you must be at least 18 years old or will reach the age of majority during the first year of your training.
- ideally, you have already completed an internship in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- proficiency in German and English (knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus).
- enjoyment and fun in interacting with people.
- a cheerful, warm, and easygoing demeanor.
- flexible, helpful, and understanding.
- open to feedback so that we can move forward together and help you achieve your goals.
