Special Hygiene & Safety Measures Regarding COVID-19
In all public areas (reception, conference rooms, breakfast restaurant, restaurants, bar, corridors, fitness centers, etc.) the rules of the prescribed distance between staff and guests and between the guests themselves are observed (recommendation min. 1.5 m), does not apply to family members.
Increased hygiene and disinfection of public areas of the hotel is ensured (incl. all areas, elevators, railings, handrails, doors, handles, trolleys). The hotel hall, toilets and other public areas are equipped with disinfectants for hand disinfection from company Ecolab. We inform guests about safety measures and requirements given by government and hotel hygienic regulations. Information materials are available to guests in Czech and English. All public spaces are suitable for ventilation and air condition which increase air change.We regulary disinfect the surface of the reception desk and other objects.
Contact between staff and guests, as well as tactile contact with objects (pens, menus, registration forms, payment terminals, magnetic cards - keys) has been limited to what is absolutely necessary organized so that after each use there is disinfection / exchange.
We strictly adhere to the relevant standards of hygiene and cleanliness, especially when cleaning rooms. The hotel uses ECOLAB disinfectants.
Before accommodating a new guest, in addition to the usual cleaning and linen change, all contact areas, such as switches, handles, handles, air conditioning control, are disinfected. The rooms are properly and regularly ventilated and the air conditioning is supplemented wit desinfectants that meet the standards in connection with Covid 19. Disinfectants available to guests before entering restaurants. Breakfasts are provided to achieve maximum hygiene standards. Guests are kindly requested to observe min. distance of 2m between hotel staff and guests and between the guests themselves, tables are arranged with a minimum spacing of 1.5 m, we minimize direct contact of guests with food, in form of single-serving packages, counter service and ala carte service.
Maximum hygiene measures are observed when serving food to conference participants. Coffee breaks are served in a single portion or served by the staff, drinks are served in the original glass bottles. . We prefer the a la carte way of serving. All hotel employees are instructed to observe the necessary protection against infection and the obligation to follow preventive measures and hygiene habits. The hotel is equipped with waste containers for storing used napkins and disposable gloves.
Hotel staff must wear protective masks, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health, keep them clean and change them regularly.

In all interiors of the hotel there is an obligation to wear mouth masks, it applies to all hotel guests and employees, according to the applicable government regulations.

Our Gym is open however, due to government regulations, it is not possible to use the changing rooms and showers.
