Special Hygiene & Safety Measures Regarding COVID-19
For your safety: - we are working in shortened and documented cleaning intervals. - we document the disinfection of all points of contact in the hotel. - in order to prevent too many guests at the same time and to keep the minimum distances, we subdivide our breakfast times into time slots. Please contact our reception team to reserve a breakfast time slot. - there is an obligation to register for personal tracking at our hotel bar as well as in our breakfast room. This can be done either via the Luca app or manually. - we offer you the room cleaning service every third night during your stay. We have taken this into account in your room rate. - for new towels, coffee & tea making facilities, bedsheets or sanitary products please contact out front office team. - our team is continuously intensively trained and has an internal crisis plan. If there is a suspected or confirmed COVID19 case among our guests or employees, we have clear structures of action. - all our unvaccinated employees are tested for a COVID19 infection twice a week. We request you to: - wear a protective mask in all public areas of the hotel. It is mandatory by law. - please disinfect your hands when entering the hotel. - please keep your distance. - please use the elevator only per room or alone. If you prefer, use our staircase. - please stay in your room and contact our front office team by phone if symptoms, such as fever, cough or similar suddenly appear. An infrared clinical thermometer is available at our front office. - please tilt the window when you are leaving your room. You are not vaccinated and staying longer than 3 nights? Then a negative corona follow-up test is required after 3 nights. Your room card is only valid for a maximum of 3 nights. Please contact our reception team after the 3rd night and show your negative corona test.

Service Restrictions Regarding COVID-19
Amenities such as additional hygiene articles, additional pillows, coffee and tea station etc. have been temporarily removed from the rooms for hygiene reasons. Provision is made via our reception upon request. The room cleaning is currently only offered in a reduced form from the 3rd night (empty trash can, vacuum, wipe). A change of towels can be requested daily at our reception. We offer our breakfast for € 16.00 per person / day. Due to changing hygiene regulations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot tell you today in which form we can offer you breakfast in our house. Depending on the development, we offer you breakfast in one of the following variants: • served in the room * • served in our breakfast room * • Offered as a buffet in the breakfast room * With these variants you will receive a selection card on arrival.
