Culinary ideas for your conferences

Cabin Evening (30 or more people): At our warming fireplaces on Karl's Plaza & Lounge overlooking the Garden Show grounds, offer your group a convivial start to your winter evening event. From our winter bar on the terrace, we serve your guests homemade mulled wine and Feuerzangenbowle. The ambience is rounded off by Christmas market huts from which tarte flambée, Kaiserschmarrn or bratwurst are served. Alternatively, a winter BBQ or winter buffet can be served in the Piano Lounge. Summer Barbecue on Karl`s Plaza (from 30 persons): With a fantastic view of the colorful park landscape, a barbecue is served for your guests directly on the Plaza. Various starters, side dishes and desserts are served at the buffet and the guests pick up the meat and side dishes fresh from the chef at the grill.

Our large Park Terrace is also a real highlight in winter. Welcome your conference participants to a hearty ski lodge party on our illuminated Park Terrace. Bad Lippspringer castle romance
The medieval castle ruin from the 14th century is located directly at the deep blue spring pond of the Lippe. The castle terrace as well as the vaulted cellar are ideally suited for a festive knight's banquet with jugglers, fire-eaters and much more.
